Dallas Cowboys July Scouting Report
Dr. Gil Brovar
7/30/2026

Training camp has just begun and so far there is no major drama coming from the Cowboys. Nobody is holding out this year. There are still several questions that will need to be answered.

The running back room is an issue for this team, and it is possible that they will need to add another body. First, they need to see how RB Jaydon Blue performs as well as Rb Phil Maffa. If they do not appear to be able to fill in for Rb Javonte Williams in case of injury, they may make a move.

The CB room is sparse, and it is important to learn about the health of CB Daron Bland and CB Shavon Revel. If they are healthy, this could be a decent trio.

The main story is that Jerry Jones hinted that there could be a big trade. At the moment, the media is suggesting that it could be for Edge Maxx Crosby. We have been down this road before, so it could all be hype and clickbait. Jerry also hinted that DT Quinnen Williams may be getting a contract extension.

More information will be coming as camp continues and the pre-season games begin.

Until then, we must wait.

End.

Testimonials

"Great site, been reading it for years. I visit lots of football sites every day of the year, and this is always the first one I go to!"
-- Doug

"I began using FFM in the late 1990s. For 20+ years they were an extremely valuable resource, as I enjoyed great success in my league during that period. Unfortunately, my league came to an end during the Covid years, and I stopped subscribing to FFM. After a year without Fantasy Football, I started looking into online sports betting and quickly realized FFM could again become a valuable source of information for prop bets on individual players. I resumed my subscription with FFM and have not looked back. FFM is clearly a dual threat; they can severely increase your odds of success in both fantasy leagues as well as prop betting. I almost feel guilty with the tremendous returns I get from such a modest investment in FFM."
-- Sal B.

"Well worth the $60 to 'buy" myself another fantasy championship. If only my competitors knew my secret!"
