Every year the NFL combine alters our perception of how we evaluate the incoming talent. Sometimes the changes are warranted, and other times our initial instincts were probably right the first time. For example, WR Jordan Addison did not have a great combine last year, but clearly his value should not have taken a hit. This year will likely be no different, so let's take a look at the Winners (Risers) and Losers (Fallers) from the 2024 NFL Combine...

The top QBs did not work out at the combine, but one quarterback whose value improved was QB Michael Penix Jr. He showed an ability to make all the NFL throws. He has good size and large hands and is now considered to be the 4th ranked QB. Some have said he might actually turn out to be...
