2024 PSDG: Strength of Schedule 2024 - The TEs (Preview)

At this time last year, Sam LaPorta and Trey McBride were afterthoughts at the tight end position. Now, they are considered among the best in fantasy football and threaten to take the top spot as consensus No. 1 from Travis Kelce.

Already, LaPorta is going ahead of Kelce in several mock drafts that I've seen. Age is a factor for that. The strength of schedule is also a matter to consider if and when you're deciding between the two talented tight ends.

 

MATCHUPS MATTER

Be sure to follow trends during the season to discover teams/defenders that are allowing the most yards and TDs to tight ends.

 

Last year, the teams softest against TEs included:

Denver, allowing 1,091 yards and 10 touchdowns

LA Rams (987 yards, 8 TDs)

Tampa Bay (1,077 yards...
